Ensure the furniture or accessory is securely packed in its original packaging, including all protective materials, manuals, and hardware to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Collection or Postage
For smaller items, you may use a tracked courier service; for larger furniture pieces, our team will help you schedule a professional collection service for a nominal fee.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once the items arrive back at our warehouse, they will undergo a quality inspection, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
